Socrates is growing and expanding with several new initiatives and we need your help! You can make a difference in this central battle of our time through a tax-deductible donation. We are able to do this through our fiscal sponsor, The Capstone Legacy Group, an extraordinary organization we have been familiar with for many years, and whom we thank sincerely.

Become a Patron

Those who donate $5,000 or more each year will be invited to become a Patron.

Patrons receive the following:

– Invitation to our annual Patrons Dinner (this year hosted in both Dallas and NYC)

– A welcome book from our host, Eric Metaxas

– Free General Tickets to our live public events throughout the year

– Invitation to our Socrates in the Studio tapings at the Union League Club in New York City as well as around the country

Socrates in the City is expanding and we would love to bring our host, guest, and crew to your city for an event that is elegant, unpretentious, informative, and above all, fun! To begin planning an event in any location, we need a handful of sponsors. With this gift, Socrates in the City is happy to consider hosting an event in a city of your choosing.

Those who donate $25,000 or more each year will be invited to become a Sponsor.

Sponsors receive the following:

– Invitation to our annual Patrons Dinner (this year hosted in both Dallas and NYC)

Projects

Through a donation to Socrates in the City, we will be able to reach a wider variety of individuals and inspire a greater love of civil conversation and learning and thinking. There are many projects you will be supporting. Featuring new works from past Socrates in the City speakers, as well as classic books reissued and new titles, Socrates in the City Books will offer gorgeous clothbound books with stunning illustrations. This will be the book collection you wish you had!

With live streaming, those unable to join us in person at our events will be able to have their own Socrates events wherever they find themselves. And yes, Socrates+, our new streaming service launched in January with seven original shows!
